This review is from: VP17-1 Coffee Maker (Black)I received this unit and right off the bat, the instructions were incorrect. Than When trying to get support from Bunn, it's like their tech support just blew me off. The Plate did not work and their local service wanted to charge me 50.00 for a service charge. Lucky the webstaurant, where I purchased this became involved. They had to fight foe me to get a new unit. I do not beleive Bunn has the same qualilty they have had in the past and their employee's, they could less11111...
